SMEs Required to Apply for Company Size Validation Before REACH Submissions
A New Compliance Milestone in the Revised REACH Fee Regulation
The European Commission has adopted the revised REACH Fee Regulation, introducing a significant procedural change for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
From 5 February 2027, SMEs will be required to apply for company size validation before submitting any REACH registration or authorisation dossiers in order to benefit from reduced fees.
