CHEMICAL REGISTRATION SYSTEM (KKS)

General

CRS/KKS is a web application operated by the Ministry in order to create a registration of chemicals manufactured and/or imported by industrialists and to make the necessary evaluations. The current KKS refers to the IUCLID version 6.4.12.1 of the IUCLID.

Industrial users registered in the system, through KKS;

  • Managing company and facility information
  • Creating substance registrations
  • To reach the contact information of other companies with the same susbtance by making a SIEF/MBDF inquiry
  • Sending the substance registrations to the Ministry and inquiring about the status of the submitted registrations

They can perform such actions through their own accounts.

Required Programs and Settings

Since KKS is a web-based application, there is no need to install any application on the local system.

KKS; It can be used via Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer 11 and above web browsers.

Entry to the KKS can be made by entering the Integrated Environmental Information System (IEIS/ECBS) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Cange (MoEUCC). Instructions on how to log in to ECBS, how to log in to applications, etc., can be found at the help desk on the ECBS login page (https://ecbs.cevre.gov.tr/KullaniciIslemleri/Giris). In addition, the ECBS flow chart can be accessed among the guide documents available at the Chemicals Help Desk of the Ministry (MoEUCC).

Logging in to KKS

In order to use the KKS, it is necessary to have access authority by defining a username and password in the ECBS.

KKS is an application that works through the ECBS. The following steps should be followed to enter the KKS application via ECBS.

  1. On the ECBS login screen, select “Turkish Citizen Login”
  2. By clicking the “Login with e-Government” button on the ECBS login screen, e-Government information is entered
  3. After logging in to the ECBS, the “Chemical Registration System” application is selected from the screen showing the applications on the main page
  4. “Company” is selected as the entry type to the KKS application
  5. In the window that opens, the go to application button is pressed and the system directs the user to the KKS application

In short, KKS is the system opened to perform operations such as sending Substance Registrations (pre-SIEF, C&L, KKDIK dossier, etc) to the Ministry and querying the status of the sent registrations.

The CRS/KKS system is available on the ECBS website. The system works only in Turkish and can be used by Turkish citizens with TURKIYE e-government access.
