Doruksistem Trainings for Chemical and Product Compliance
Doruksistem trainings help companies and professionals keep up with chemical, product safety and sustainability legislation in Türkiye and the European Union. Our programmes are delivered face to face at Doruksistem Academy in Kadıköy, Istanbul, and online, so participants can join from anywhere.
Each training combines the legal framework with practical examples drawn from real compliance projects, such as registration dossiers, safety data sheets and product safety files. The aim is not only to explain what the legislation requires, but also how to apply it in daily work.
Training Areas
Doruksistem trainings are grouped into five main areas:
- Chemical assessment and regulatory compliance: Chemical Assessment Specialist (CAS/KDU) training, advanced safety data sheet (SDS) authoring, REACH, CLP and KKDİK compliance, biocidal product authorisation and safety assessment, and cosmetic product compliance and safety assessment.
- Product safety and certification: product safety and risk assessment, and digital product safety and traceability with UseSafe.
- Sustainability and Digital Product Passport: sustainability standards and practices, Digital Product Passport and traceability, and circular economy and waste management.
- Digital regulation and compliance: digital regulatory compliance and certification, using digital systems for regulatory compliance, and regulatory compliance for e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Customised in-house trainings: sector-specific regulatory trainings, company-specific certification and compliance trainings, and briefings on updates to regulations and standards.
Chemical Assessment Specialist (CAS/KDU) Training
Under KKDİK, the Turkish chemicals regulation, key tasks such as preparing registration dossiers and safety data sheets must be carried out by a certified Chemical Assessment Specialist (Kimyasal Değerlendirme Uzmanı, KDU). Our CAS (KDU) training covers the tasks defined in Annex 18 of KKDİK, including pre-SIEF and registration, classification and labelling notification, chemical safety assessment and report, and SDS authoring and approval.
Participants who complete the training can sit the KDU certification exam held by TSE. For certified specialists, we also offer KDU certificate renewal trainings.
Process Safety Trainings: Seveso and Bowtie
Doruksistem trainings also cover process safety. Our Seveso information session explains the obligations for establishments handling dangerous substances under the Seveso III Directive (2012/18/EU) and its Turkish counterpart. The Bowtie methodology training shows how to visualise hazards, threats, consequences and barriers in a single risk diagram.
